This is an opportunity for students to become a Pharmacist for the day – an event not to be missed! It promotes the idea of the Pharmacist being the ‘Scientist on the High Street’ and the ‘Expert on Medicines,’ with a view in encouraging the community to seek the advice of their Pharmacist on all medicine-related issues. Students participating in this event will have the chance to think and act as a Pharmacist, including formulation of medicines in response to prescriptions for fictional patients, education on primary healthcare services and gain an insight into innovative pharmacy research, happening in the School of Pharmacy at Queen’s University Belfast.
