To illustrate there’s nothing cooler than Physics, girls and staff from Badminton School will be exploring how everyday physical properties can change if you make materials extremely cold with a set of demonstrations based on liquid nitrogen. They’ll explore how solids, liquids and gases respond to extremely low temperatures, investigating how resistance changes with temperature and how its absence can enable levitation. Audience participation is a must.
