Should we just put on a pad and put up with what we’ve got? Do women in France really get better post-natal care? How the hell do you actually engage your pelvic floor? We’ll look at how taboos and stigma around women’s bodies has impacted societal views, our own views and how we look after ourselves. Join social historian Dr Kate Lister, Katrina McDonnell from the Homeless Period Belfast, a pelvic health professional and chair Liz Nelson to discuss these issues. We’ll be collecting donations of wipes, underwear and period products for Homeless Period Belfast if you’d like to donate.
