Join us as Direct Wine Shipments as we explore ‘taste’! Many of us love wine, but are not sure why we like certain styles, grape varieties or flavours. This is the opportunity to learn about the main characteristics that affect how we taste.

We’ll look at sweetness, acidity, bitterness, sourness, umami and how they affect the wine styles we enjoy. We will of course be tasting wine to test out these theories!
